Shirley relocated from her 3-bedroom home in Eastern Suburbs to a new 3-bedroom house on 25 Webb St, Caulfield on Thursday, January 19, 2023. The move involved using a 6.5-ton truck and 2 movers to transport Shirley’s belongings approximately 23 Kilometers between the two properties.

The moving team arrived promptly at 11 am to begin loading up the truck at Shirley Eastern Suburbs home. They carefully packed and secured all of Shirley’s furniture and boxes with protective wrapping and straps to prevent any damage during the short, 55-minute drive between the suburbs.

It took the 2 person crew 4 hours total to fully load the truck, drive to the new house in Caulfield, unload all of Shirley’s belongings, and unpack boxes into the appropriate rooms. By 3 pm that afternoon, the move was fully completed.

For the full-service move that took most of the day, Shirley paid $560 including taxes. This covered the truck rental, labor for the 2 movers, and additional stair fees for carrying items between floors.
